2/08 - I just wanted to let you know that I received my Blossom Solar Chime about a week ago and it is one of the best things I have ever purchased. 5/6/08 - Nancy, I would like to thank you for being the best of the 3 companies that I tried to purchase a solar chime from. I came across your website and I found a very pretty sun chime and yours was the most reasonably priced (not counting the last two companies. Sometimes what you think is a bargain...... ). I put in my order and tried to decide if I wanted free shipping or priority shipping for $5.00. Not knowing how long priority shipping would take, I called the company number and got an answering machine. I left a message, and after my last two experiences did not expect any timely returned call. I searched the net and found that priority was usually 1 - 3 business days. I placed my order and hoped it would get here in time. Not only did you respond within the hour, but it was by that crazy old contraption called the telephone. A nice pleasant voice, that showed care, interest, and concern. I don't know if you are but I felt like you were the owner and it was a small family owned store. Not only did you reaffirm my belief in human kindness, but you have a company that believes that not all transactions should be made by machines only. 5/09 - Want a testimonial, well here's mine because it's a bit of a saga. I want to start first by saying I don't really like wind chimes. My concept of them is my mother's garden of little chimes that gotinkle tinkle and her seashells that clack in the wind. That is until a neighbor 5 houses down always had this amazing humming sound when ever I walked by. Eventually I realized it was actually a wind chime - the new breed of fine tuned aluminum tubes that aren't a gong but actually hum. I went out to some local stores in search of something like it without knowing much of the brands or the types of sounds available. Besides the initial sticker shock, I learned I didn't know much. The internet gave me an education about something in a low enough register not to sound like my old concept of chimes, but also about the companies that made quality products. I managed to find a couple of choices, but without a doubt the most hypnotic sound that stood out was Grace Notes "Himalayan Echo". Other companies had some interesting sounds, and good quality that I might settle for with. But I kept coming back to that one chime, just the sticker shock got in the way. After searching around, and listening to what seemed like 85 different sound clips on the internet, imagine the surprise when I finally found Wind Chimes For U advertising Grace Notes products at 70%. Others said theirs was "on sale" and maybe 10% off of list price. But this was 70% of the sale price the others were charging. Only problem - they had my exact size chime and two different sounds, just not the "Himalayan Echo" I was searching for. A quick email off hoping came back only ten minutes later. Yes, they had Himalayan Echo too, it just wasn't up on the web site. After placing the order, they quickly responded back with my confirmation and a tracking number would soon follow. Now I not only have the most amazing sounds coming from my deck, but I got excellent customer service and paid 30% less than anyone else was advertising.
