Return Merchandise/ Damaged Goods/ Manufacturers Defects
We firmly stand behind all the products we offer to our customers. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all items throughout our website. If you are not 100% satisfied with any part of your order we will gladly refund all of your money back minus shipping costs/ unless mistake is ours.
For all non-defective returns a 20% restocking fee may be incurred at our discretion.
If you need to return an item, for any reason, please e-mail us at returns@windchimesforu.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field) at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. Or you may call us at 888 755-9654 and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours and give you exact instructions on how to return your order. This is for all orders, whatever the problem. Defect, wrong order, etc.
For defective items please note whether you would like a refund of your money, or another product.
For all returns, please return product in it's original package. Meaning if it came in a box, please return in the same box.THANK-YOU.
If you receive a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
All original contents(product, manual, instructions, etc.).
Original packaging.
Original invoice or receipt.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is our fault.
Cancellations
Customers have 24 hours to cancel an order or until the order has been shipped.
Please note that all products that carry a warranty noted on product description details refer to the Manufacturer Warranty. See individual products for detail.
